There’s nothing more dissatisfying than feeling stuck in life. You feel no drive or ambition and pressing the snooze button, every single morning, has become the norm. We have all been there. However, this small action of refusing to get up and start the day is something many people find themselves doing, year after year. This can turn into a vicious cycle of negativity as you start to feel discouraged and demotivated.
My friend, there is hope for you. You have access to living a life free from the pesky snooze button.
Your greatest asset is adopting a Growth Mindset.
At our core, we already know how to operate within a growth mindset. Sometimes life gets in the way and we lose the awareness and balance which once kept us in a state of growth and development. Unlike the fixed mindset, a growth mindset can genuinely improve and fulfill your day to day life. Don’t skim over these words, really think about it. If your mindset is transformed to see mistakes as learning opportunities, feedback as valuable, enduring difficult circumstances as character building and the right people as helpful, what can life possibly throw at you that you can’t handle?
I challenge you, aree, to create a scenario where you adopt both mindsets. This doesn’t take much, just envision yourself into a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, imagining what your life could look like in both. You decide which you prefer.
