OUR classes


This type of movement is broken down into the 10 elements of Fitness. Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. These are all implemented into our program, and in the program we are constantly looking at which area needs the most attention. In other words, what are we good at? What are we not good at? Let’s progress the weak points and maintain the strong ones.

Weightlifting Club

Putting it simply, it’s the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. These 2 movements carry so much within them. Testing patience, skill, transition, stability, strength and above all… POWER. We like to improve these to help keep you strong, stable and powerful.


It’s always good to look at yourself in the mirror and like what you see. So shred is MADE FOR THAT. We put some conditioning in there to tap into the fat-burning zone and then use isolation training to develop some of the smaller muscle groups like the biceps, triceps, chest, mid-back etc. Getting shredded has many benefits.


When we train compound movements we get brute strength. This means that developing the Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Deadlift and Squat will ultimately give you a very foundational level of strength. These lifts require a lot of muscle recruitment and will essentially work everything in your body.
